Spinnaker Coating, LLC, a manufacturer and provider of pressure sensitive paper and film products for the printing industry, has partnered with ARMOR USA, a thermal transfer ribbon manufacturer, for substrate testing.

“We take great pride in offering one of the largest thermal transfer printable product lines in the industry, and we are thrilled to have partnered with ARMOR to have our products tested and approved using their ribbons,” says Joel Ulrich, Roll Product Manager at Spinnaker Coating.  Spinnaker currently offers seven paper facestocks and ten film facestocks in over sixty-five construction combinations on their Trimless program, including a recently launched 2.8 mil white thermal transfer film facestock. This new product is an economically priced, matte white film that offers excellent thermal transfer printability and up to one year outdoor life.
